Description

STUDENT AND PARENT INFORMATION

With the blessing of His Eminence Metropolitan Basilios, the Antiochian Orthodox Archdiocese is offering three categories of awards to HSC students:

1. St. Catherine Academic Award
2. St. John Chrysostom Church Service Award
3. St. Aquilina Persistence Award

Each award will be to the value of $1000. A fourth award will also be presented and may fall under any of the above categories.

Each applicant needs to complete PART A and ask their parish priest to complete PART B. PART B needs to be completed PRIOR to submitting this application, so that you can upload it to this application form.

Once your application is complete, it will be reviewed by a panel. You will be notified if you are successful via email and the awards will be presented at the HSC Recognition evening in February 2025.
